Role: Project Manager (Drainage and Highways)
Industry: Public Sector
Rate: £40 per hour Outside IR35
Location: Remote/Liverpool (1x per week on site)
Working Pattern: 3 days per week
My client in Liverpool are looking for an experienced Project Manager to successfully deliver a highways improvement project.
Requirements:
NEC admin tools experienced (Cemar or Fastdraft)
NEC suite of contracts knowledge
Aware of pre and post contract Project Management responsibilties
Excellent client management skills
