Commercial Valuation Surveyor - Directorship - Kent/South East - £70-100k
We're working with a reputable, independent firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Kent who specialise in Commercial Valuations across the South East.
As a result of growth, in addition to the need for succession planning, they now require a competent Chartered Commercial Valuation Surveyor as follows:
- Undertaking wide ranging Valuations across Retail, Industrial, Offices, Licensed/leisure, Hotels, Health care, Educational and business concerns across London and the South East
- Active fee earning coupled with management and administration (approx. 70/30 split)
- Oversight of reports alongside other senior partners.
- No requirement to manage or oversea trainee staff or graduates, all employees are experienced and autonomous.
- MRICS/FRICS and VRS essential, alongside 5 years PQE and the ability to travel to a Kent office once or twice per week
- Stable work history with desire to secure a partnership and shareholding
The suitable Chartered Commercial Valuation Surveyor can expect tax efficient earnings in excess of £100k p/a made up of salary, dividends, allowances and bonuses as well as a friendly close knit team and excellent, well established business with room for further growth.
