Credit Control Manager - Solihull / Hybrid - £42,000 - £50,000 + Benefits
This is an exceptional role for an experienced credit control manager to join a growing and successful business, managing a small team, and ensuring all areas of credit control are effective. You will be an excellent communicator and 'people' person, and have strong system and Microsoft Excel skills, as well as being highly organised.
Key Areas of the Role:
- Lead and motivate a small team of credit controllers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent performance.
- Taking responsibility for key accounts and taking the senior lead to resolve issues across all accounts
- Setting up new accounts and assessing credit risk
- Effective reporting to the business on KPI's, aged debt analysis and provisions
- Continuous process improvement
- Building strong relationships across the business and with key clients
The successful individual will have experience managing a credit control function, leading and motivating a team, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be a problem solver, and someone who can be relied upon.
