Hours: 37 hours per week on a 4-week rolling rota, including 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Shift Patterns:
- 8:00am - 4:00pm
- 9:00am - 5:00pm
- 10:00am - 6:00pm
- 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Start Date: 5th August
**About the Role:
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing accurate information about products and services.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure comprehensive customer support.
- Continuously updating knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
**Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts as per the rota, including Saturdays.
