Description
- Experienced residential property lawyer (minimum 6 years PQE) required to draft practical guidance and precedents relating to all types of residential property transactions, including conveyancing, long and short term leases and lease extensions.
- The lawyer will also be required to review existing practical guidance and precedents to carry out any necessary updating and consolidation.
- The ideal candidate will have had oversight of a conveyancing team within a law firm and will be able to identify gaps in our residential property coverage and suggest enhancements where appropriate.
