Our client is seeking a commercially astute Qualified Commercial Finance Manager
(Hybrid 4 days per week in the office)

This key position will require a qualified accountant to take ownership of the end-to-end sales operations reporting, processes, pricing, and quotations.
- The role has variety and a clear set of key stakeholders who you will interact with daily.
- Reporting sales pipeline, financial forecasting and data insights within pricing and quoting re client business.
- Process Improvement across the sales processes looking at process improvement continual improvement, managing projects, looking at sales pipeline speed.
- Pricing, working on pricing of solutions, maintaining the price books, and ensuring that pricing is communicated and understood across the global suite.
- Responsibility for the quoting tool used by internal Sales teams and external partners. Ensuring the quote tools are maintained to include the latest product/solution mix Ensuring the outputs can be reported and measured for Sales improvement purposes.
- Sales Commission (SIPP) calculations, Sales Performance Metrics, and other commercial related issues.
Ideally a bachelor's degree, Finance Qualification and experience reviewing processes and managing improvement programs.
Experience of supporting and developing junior colleagues as well as being well organised with excellent diligence. Driven to understand improve existing processes. Work in a timely manner, with consistency and to deadlines. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
