Contract Supervisor
Salary - £33,613 to £42,016 per annum (plus benefits)
Hours - 40 hours per week, between 6.00am and 6.00pm, 5 out of 7 days including weekends

As Contract Supervisor at FCC Environment, you will be responsible in ensuring that staff and resources are well managed, as well as promoting recycling and diversion from landfill.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week, however, we will consider requests for job shares to suit your lifestyle (working full days).

What will you be doing?
- Ensuring the health and safety of all members of public, staff, visitors and contractors at site
- Monitoring of pedestrian and traffic movements in accordance with the Traffic Management Plan
- Inspecting site and equipment, ensuring routine maintenance is carried out and any defects are closed out within the appropriate timescales
- Managing site staff and day to day operations including staff rotas, induction of new employees and identifying employee training requirements
- Promoting high profile helpful, courteous and professional customer service practices
- Promoting and enforcing the need to maximize recycling levels
- Ensuring regular meetings with employees to encourage feedback and share new ideas in a consistent way
