Purpose of the Role
The Car Park team are the first point of contact in dealing with general customer enquires relating to the in house management of 4000 paid parking spaces at Telford Centre.
This is an all encompassing role which requires a self-motivated person who can take a hand's on approach to all tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with general customer enquiries, both face to face, intercom and electronically.
- Use of Skidata parking equipment
- Key handling
- Ensuring customer databases are kept up to date
- Use of CCTV

- Holds a valid driving license (Desirable)
Working Hours - 4 on 4 off rolling 12 hour shift pattern (does not include nightwork)
Salary - £12.23ph
