Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience as you complete a Multi-Channel Marketer - Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Responsibilities:
- Working to deliver the social media strategy aimed at enhancing engagement and brand awareness
- Creating video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok (comfortable in front of camera)
- Managing social media campaigns including scheduling content and monitoring and responding to social media interactions (comments, messages, reviews) promptly and professionally, maintaining a strong connection with our audience
- Tracking and analysing social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights to improve future content and engagement strategies
- Identifying and reaching out to influencers and social media personalities to promote the brand
- Assisting in implementing marketing campaigns
What we are looking for:
Desirable Skills:
- Mature nature when communicating, internally and externally
- Understanding or an interest in understanding Web Development Experience
Personal Qualities:
- Eager team player, but also independent
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Creative thought processes
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Future prospects:
After successfully completing the apprenticeship, it would be ideal for the candidate to become a full-time member of staff and enrol into a work-based BSc in Marketing through the company.
