We are looking for a talented people leaderwith to join us as aStudent Safety Manager.
You will manage a various buildings throughout the cityand be responsible for the delivery of the regional operational and people strategies for your team. Supporting the General Manager to deliver our exceptionalservice and safety standards whilst creating an inclusive environment where both our students and our people can thrive.
Working between the hours of 10pm and 7am you and your team will be there when our customers need us,maintaining a clean, safe andsecureenvironment.
In order to be sucessful in this role you must be able to:
- act as a role model for you team and the business maintaining a culture of exceptional customer service and safety adherence
- make quick and decisive decisions and take command in the event of an emergency or property failure
- adapt your style to inspire, engage, and motivate your team in varying situations
- manage your own and your team`s workload and pressure, and adapt this to evolving and unexpected situations
- support our students` wellbeing should they find themselvesdifficult situations
- take responsibility for your team`s responsiveness in solving our customer queries
The Other stuff:
- Shift patterns available include a 4 on / 3 off, 5 on / 2 off, or 4/3 & 5/2 hybrid shift pattern between these core hours
- May benefit from having safety and security experience - but this is not essential
- Must hold a valid UK/EU driving license
