Our customer is a forward-thinking design and build partner with exceptional internal delivery capabilities. They deliver complex and innovative schemes through an uncomplicated, solutions-focused approach which ensures high quality and best value for their clients.
They are a rapidly growing company, expanding by 40% over the last two years and currently supporting 400 users. They are acquiring new sites outside of London, aiming to become a national organisation.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Setup and Management: Configure and manage flat networks using routers and access points. Set up networks out of the box.
- Technical Support: Provide 3rd line support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to mobile signals whilst utilising 3CX, Novia, firewalls, email web filtering, Mimecast, Hyper-V, and Windows environments.
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint: Manage and support Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.
- Travel: Travel to various sites across the UK, requiring a full UK driving licence.
- Collaboration: work independently and as part of a team, with occasional site and construction experience being beneficial but not essential.
What you'll need to succeed
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in setting up and managing flat networks, knowledge of mobile signals, 3CX, Novia, firewalls, email web filtering, Mimecast, Hyper-V, and Windows environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Experience: Minimum of 2nd line support experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
