Lettings Associate New Homes - Stratford, E15
An great opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Associate New Homes to join our Client based in Stratford, E15
Are you a hardworking, self-motivated and tenacious lettings professional with sound experience in the new homes lettings market or previous experience in Shared Ownership sales?
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Qualifying leads, advising customers on the benefits of the scheme.
- Carrying out viewings and progressing sign-ups within target and timescales.
- Building relationships with people and communicate well with colleagues and prospective residents.
- Stakeholder management is key to this role, and an ability to engage with a diverse customer base is essential.
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills
- We are looking for applicants who have a commercial mindset, ideally have experience in new home lettings.
- Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
- Can demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Have a track record of meetings targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and confident in taking ownership of driving efficiency to let our homes within the agreed timescales whilst adhering to our policies and procedures.
- The ability to produce results and deal with a demanding workload.
- Needs to be a team player whilst being self-motivated and with a target-driven attitude.
- Excellent time management skills along with the ability to manage your own caseload whilst adhering to deadlines.
- A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually
- Car owner/ desirable
The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary range will be:
between £35,000 to £45,000pa ( inc comissions)
