Commercial contract work, including:
- Licensing
- Franchising
- Distribution Agreement
- Supply Agreements
- Company Terms and Conditions
Corporate work, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Management buy-outs
- Asset sales and purchases
- Venture capital investments
- Company restructuring
- Share incentive and option schemes
Ideally you will be 5+ years' PQE and be confident in working autonomously, although support from the partners will be available whenever required.
