Executive Assistant
- Annual Salary: £40,000 to £45,000
- Location: West Bromwich
- Job Type: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant to provide professional and proactive administrative support to the newly appointed CEO & Principal and her senior team. This role is pivotal during a time of new leadership and opportunities, ensuring high levels of service delivery and support to the Executive Office.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide effective and efficient PA support to the CEO & Principal, overseeing the delivery of the Executive support service.
- Responsible for the delivery of executive support services including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, planning events, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the executive assistant team and other administrative teams across the organisation.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Lead in the preparation and production of detailed presentations, correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested by the SLT.
- Oversee general office duties to ensure efficient delivery of administrative services, including procurement and management of office supplies.
- Coordinate events such as high-profile visits and awards ceremonies.
- Commit to promoting and operating in accordance with the organisation's values including safeguarding, health and safety, and equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of level 2 qualifications in both maths and English.
- Degree level education is desired but not essential
- Significant previous experience in a senior executive role supporting senior roles in a medium to large organisation.
- High level of IT proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office and digital systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and delegate effectively.
- Strong organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- High levels of personal integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.
- Previous experience working in a large organisation (over 500 employees)
