We are seeking a dynamic and organised Finance/Office Manager to oversee the financial operations and daily office management of our thriving digital web agency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial acumen, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee office administration, including HR, IT, and facilities management.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as accountants and suppliers.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in finance and accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
