Rental Contracts Administrator
Long Eaton, office based
£25,000 per annum
Our client is seeking an experienced administrator to ensure that trucks for external sale and rental contracts are costed and processed on a timely and accurate basis, to enable effective business decisions to be made.
Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor sales packs received by the VSB department; ensure that paper records are stored and shared electronically on a timely basis.
- Analyse costings prepared by the sales team using the company standard protocol for authorisation
- Raise and resolve queries directly with the sales team, senior management, operations and VSB team
- Enter truck data into the Autoline VSB module, ensuring that all costings are correct and invoices are raised on a timely basis
- Raise purchase orders for CAT trucks on Autoline
- Set up, maintain and cancel rental contracts in Autoline Fleet Kompact software
- Provide CRM record maintenance cover for service depots
- Provide ad-hoc business information and reports relating to truck sales, costings and valuations as required
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- Previous experience in the equipment rental industry would be an advantage
- Autoline (previously called Kerridge) Vehicle Stock book (VSB) and / or Fleet Kompact software understand
