We are seeking a Lease Advisory Surveyor to manage a growing workload across the east and south of our region. Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct a range of rent reviews, lease renewals, and market rent valuations across various property sectors including healthcare and leisure.
- Serve a diverse client base, handling both landlord and tenant cases.
- Engage in detailed market analysis to support negotiation processes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to drive business growth in line with company goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MRICS qualification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in a lease advisory, consultancy, commercial agency, or valuation role.
- Strong understanding of commercial rental valuation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
