Sales Executive
- Annual Salary: £25k plus Commission - Realistic £40k a year

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is adept at converting and generating sales from both new and existing customers, meeting personal and company revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy communicator, comfortable with phone, video calls, live chat, emails, and social media, and driven to provide outstanding customer service.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Handle all sales-related customer interactions with a focus on direct sales activities for at least 80% of your time.
- Convert customer contacts into sales, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Collaborate with peers and the Sales Manager to analyse and improve sales effectiveness.
- Maximize profit per order through cross-selling/upselling while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
- Assist with sales administration and customer services as needed to serve the best interests of the customer and the business.
- Utilize company systems and processes effectively.
- Stay informed about products and competitors, sharing insights with the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a sales-oriented environment.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commercially astute with strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other relevant IT skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and time management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Well-organized with good planning skills.
