The role:
- Candidate acquisition - Build relationships with candidates within your niche market. Qualify what is important to them and what they are looking for from a potential move.
- Managing interview processes - Guiding candidates through the interview process, arrange interviews, take feedback and deal with pay negotiations.
- Client acquisition - Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
- Become a market expert - Attend industry events, meet your customers face-to-face, take the time to learn more.
The Requirements:
