Our clients, a well-established consulting structural and civil engineering practice, who are known for its high-quality design and consultancy services are currently looking for a Structural Engineer to join their team in the Kings Lynn area.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 8:45 am – 5:30 pm
- A flexible work pattern with some hybrid working if necessary
The successful Structural Engineer will be offered:
- £30,000 - £50,000 per annum

Structural Engineer requirements:
- MEng, BEng, BSc or other relevant structural engineering degree.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Structural Engineer
- Chartered status would be preferable
- AutoCAD experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in Civil Engineering with roads and drainage would be advantageous
As a Structural Engineer, your role will include but will not be limited to:
- Working from Architects' drawings
- Preparing reports
- Selecting appropriate construction materials
- Obtaining planning and building regulations approval
- Calculate the pressures and stresses of steel beams, considering the strength of various materials
- Liaising with clients on each project
- Examine structures at risk of collapse and advise how to improve their structural integrity**??**
