Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
- Partnering the General Manager
- Drive HR best practice across all areas of the business
- Manage complex employee relations issues including dispute resolutions and terminations
- Support current and future business needs through employee development, engagement, motivation and preservation of the company culture
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Profile
A successful 'HR Business Partner' should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven working experience as an HR Business Partner
- Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labour law and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office
- Familiarity with industrial/manufacturing work environments
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making
