Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Partnering the General Manager
  • Drive HR best practice across all areas of the business
  • Manage complex employee relations issues including dispute resolutions and terminations
  • Support current and future business needs through employee development, engagement, motivation and preservation of the company culture
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Managing a team of 2

Profile

A successful 'HR Business Partner' should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven working experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labour law and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office
  • Familiarity with industrial/manufacturing work environments
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making
