About the Role

Base Location: Flexible UK | We're proud to offer a Flexible First approach to work, and this role is no exception. We will, however need your base 'home' location to be one of our SSEN offices or depots around the UK.

Salary: £40,600 - £61,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: 12 months fixed term | Full Time | Flexible First options available

We have an exciting opportunity to join SSEN Distribution's Change and Performance team working on key business transformation projects. You will be part of a central change team working with internal stakeholders across the business to successfully define, design, implement and embed important process, people and technology changes. In the role of Business Change Manager, you will work in a project leadership role as directed by the Senior Business Change Manager, and will be responsible for all business change activity needed to successfully move people from awareness through to acceptance, action and adoption of the change.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engaging and influencing stakeholders (at all levels).
  • Change impact assessment and change governance (People / Process / Technology / Data).
  • Preparing and implementing change plans (people readiness, communication, training and support).
  • Developing business stakeholder understanding and capability in change management methodology and tool kits.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Past experience in successfully delivering change projects, delivering into 2 -3 project lifecycles simultaneously.
  • Change specific qualification, accreditation or industry training (e.g. ADKAR or equivalent).
  • A passion for people and doing the right thing for customers.
  • High energy and a positive, proactive approach to work.
  • Able to identify and find creative solutions to resolve issues and risks, with problem solving and action planning skills.
