Managing a established accounts across the South East
Role Overview as a Client Account Manager you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of our clients services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting the existing client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Required to manage the busy day-to-day communications with existing client base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with agencies, including ensuring any relevant documentation (e.g. contracts) are in place.
- Ensuring that we are legally compliant, managing and maintaining our accreditations with Professional Passport and FCSA.
Other significant duties will include:
- Proven experience in a similar role within an umbrella company is crucial
- Able to show good initiative and good problem-solving skills
- Can confidently work in a highly proactive manner, often without direction
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity of information
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a structured / organised manner
