A dynamic and innovative electronics manufacturer in Alton are seeking a driven candidate who is eager to learn and grow within the business. As a Service Technician you will provide technical support to existing customers over the phone or in person - FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
Salary: £23,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.15am to 4pm

Your main responsibilities will be;
- Assessment, repair, and quotation of service jobs.
- Calibration of various equipment, predominately flue gas analysers.
- Provide assistance over the phone and in person at the counter.
- Provide full support towards ensuring the department KPIs are met.
- Participate in achieving department NPS and contribute towards improvements made to improve NPS.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and each job is handled with due diligence.
- Providing service jobs to stores to dispatch
