Consult Resolute Limited are working with a highly-regarded regional law firm to recruit an ambitious and proven Corporate Lawyer to join the Partnership ranks in their Leeds or Sheffield offices.
This full-service law firm is a regional leader with multiple offices across Yorkshire. Over the years the firm has established lasting relationships with commercial clients both regionally and nationally.
The Corporate team advises new businesses, large corporations and individuals on a wide spectrum of corporate matters including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Shareholder's agreements;
- Articles of association
- Equity investments
- Restructuring
- Financing
- Corporate governance
- Shareholder exits
- Company set-up
The team across Leeds & Sheffield currently consists of 3 Partners, 2 qualified Solicitors and 3 Trainees. They have benefited from successful business development and due to this increase in demand there is now scope for further growth through the recruitment at the Partnership level (either Salaried or Equity).
The firm is also able to accommodate a team move.
The successful candidate will be a proven Corporate lawyer from a reputable national or regional firm who has already proven themselves at in a Senior position such as Managing Associate, Director or Partner.
Whilst bringing a client following is always desirable for a hiring firm, this is not a necessity as there is work waiting to be done and plenty of potential for cross-selling amongst other business development opportunities. The successful candidate will be an individual who is eager to make a name for themselves and to be a part of the continued growth or an already respected team.
