Reed HR are proud to be looking for a HR Manager on behalf of a cutting-edge tech business based in Swansea. You will be an experienced People Manager working within a stand-alone role, working closely with the leadership team to manage all HR activities and foster a positive company culture.
Part time - Permanent opportunity
3 days per week
Day to Day of the role:
- Support the UK team across all HR-related matters, providing full employee lifecycle support.
- Collaborate with recruitment partners on recruitment activities, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement induction programmes and organisational change initiatives.
- Drive performance reviews and management processes, including goal setting and development plans.
- Oversee employee relations, acting as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Plan and facilitate employee engagement activities and social events.
- Manage and administer monthly UK payroll, employee benefits, and compensation programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified.
- At least 5+ years of commercial HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
