Reed HR are proud to be looking for a HR Manager on behalf of a cutting-edge tech business based in Swansea. You will be an experienced People Manager working within a stand-alone role, working closely with the leadership team to manage all HR activities and foster a positive company culture.

Part time - Permanent opportunity

3 days per week

Day to Day of the role:

  • Support the UK team across all HR-related matters, providing full employee lifecycle support.
  • Collaborate with recruitment partners on recruitment activities, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement induction programmes and organisational change initiatives.
  • Drive performance reviews and management processes, including goal setting and development plans.
  • Oversee employee relations, acting as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Plan and facilitate employee engagement activities and social events.
  • Manage and administer monthly UK payroll, employee benefits, and compensation programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified.
  • At least 5+ years of commercial HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
