We're seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our HR function, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional HR support across the entire employee lifecycle with a heavy focus on recruitment. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our people strategies align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Drive our recruitment efforts, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires seamlessly. This will be a main focus area and we are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and talent aquisition.
- Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support on a range of ER matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Offboarding: Manage the exit process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Payroll: Provide backup support to the payroll team during peak periods.
- Performance Management: Contribute to the annual performance management cycle, offering guidance to managers and employees.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data to identify trends and make informed recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives to enhance HR processes and practices.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and engaged workforce through various strategies.
- Learning & Development: Support employee development by identifying training needs and delivering effective solutions.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Contribute to organizational change and restructuring initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- CIPD Level 5: Essential
- Proven HR Generalist Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an advisory role
- Strong ER Knowledge: A deep understanding of UK employment law and best practices
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Analytical Skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse data
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to resolving issues
- Project Management Skills: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong IT Skills: Proficiency in HR systems and Google Suite
