Position: Store Manager | Full-Time (40 hours per week)
As a key part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, which includes Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need, and Snow + Rock, you'll be helping outdoor enthusiasts discover top-quality products from leading global brands while promoting sustainable practices.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Lead by Example: Motivate and mentor your team to prioritize a customer-first approach, ensuring every visitor enjoys a memorable shopping experience.
- Drive Operational Success: Oversee essential store operations such as inventory management, audits, and banking procedures.
- Elevate Store Presentation: Maintain high visual merchandising standards, and execute seasonal promotions and campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
- Develop Your Team: Collaborate with our People and Product Development team to provide training and development opportunities, helping your team grow and succeed.
- Maximize Store Performance: Use your understanding of KPIs and performance metrics to analyze data and drive store improvements.
- Recruit and Train: Work with our People Resourcing team to recruit, onboard, and train new colleagues, building a strong, passionate team.

- Proven experience managing a store, with a strong focus on budgeting, planning, and operational excellence.

- Ability to build and lead a cohesive team that shares your passion for customer service and the great outdoors.
- Specialized Knowledge: Prior experience with ski & snow or outdoor products is essential for this role, ensuring you can effectively guide customers and manage product offerings.
