We have placed a number of permanent staff within the school who will always comment and quite how regarding the work there is and well supported you are by other members of staff.

The role

The role of TA will involve providing general support to the teacher but due to the ages of the students this role is very mixed! Due to the needs of the students it is essential that you have experience in working with special needs & disabilities, preferably people with SEMH.

You must feel confident in dealing with challenging behaviour, be patient, positive, flexible and trustworthy. They are a truly amazing setting that want people to apply that can hit the ground running!
