In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of the service charge process for a portfolio of properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the year.
  • Engage with leaseholders and stakeholders, answering queries and guiding them through the annual service charge cycle.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of a unified service charge policy as part of a broader project aimed at streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments and senior management to identify and implement new systems and processes that align with the organisation's strategic goals.
  • Play a key role in consultations and stakeholder meetings, ensuring that all voices are heard and that the new service charge model meets the needs of all parties involved.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a confident communicator, able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and present complex information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Hold relevant qualifications or be qualified by experience, with a background in social housing or the property sector being highly desirable.
