A global real estate consultancy, that has offices around the UK seek a Chartered Building Surveyor for their Birmingham office. Their Building Consultancy team is one of the largest in Birmingham, and they work on instructions from a variety of funds, investors, propco's and corporate occupiers. They will ideally recruit at Senior Surveyor level. There will be a great career path in front of you here with a great opportunity to progress.
They seek a general Building Surveying that can work on a variety of professional and project instructions. The team is however large enough that if you are currently specialising in professional work, or project work, you could continue down this path.
Experience Required
- Chartered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, with 0-3 years' PQE the ideal candidate will have a couple of years' PQE
- Previously employed by a consultancy or end user client
