Financial Controller - Hitchin - £80,000 + benefits

Are you keen to work with a Finance Director who will mentor and develop you in a time of growth and change in the business?
My client has been established for over 30 years and is looking for a new phase of growth and this person will be part of that.
Duties
- Working with the Financial Director to produce monthly management accounts and analysis to help drive the business
- Working with your team to improve and develop the current computer package
- Managing a small team and allocating and setting them daily tasks
- Liaising with non finance staff and presenting information to them so they can understand the financials
- Hands on managing of day to day finance and covering any issues when necessary
- Balance sheet and financial accounting duties
The candidate
You will ideally be at Finance Manager or FC level already and have had an element of staff management.
You will be strong on IT systems and have hands on experience within an SME
You will be happy to work within the office as much as possible especially at the start
