Eventus Recruitment Group are seeking a Private Client Secretary to join this well-established firm in the area of Epsom. This job is easily commutable from Carshalton as it is from Leatherhead. Role Responsibilities
Working within the private client team you will assist the fee earners with all area of a busy private client caseload.
The day-to-day job duties within this Private Client Secretary role include:
- Assisting fee earners with all areas of wills, probate, trusts and Powers of attorney
- All associated administration
- Liasing with clients, colleagues and other solicitors where necessary
Person Specification
To be successful in your application for this Private Client Secretary job it is imperative that you have worked within private client previously, supporting fee earners throughout. In addition, you will possess the following experience, skills and attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
