Due to our clients continued success they are now looking to add to their first class team and appoint an experienced marketing executive to play a critical role in promoting programmes to a range of new and existing audiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a top-quality Training Provider with a proven track record in the Training and Development sector.

You will be responsible for implementing marketing plans to support recruitment and communications strategies, working closely with the Employer & Learner Engagement, Marketing & Schools Liaison Manager to design and deliver a range of assets and campaigns.

Working as part of a team, the successful applicant will be education to Level 3 or above and have spent significant time in a marketing/PR/design role. Experience in the use of the Adobe Creative suite is essential, as is experience of social media/digital marketing and analytics.

JOB PURPOSE

To plan and deliver engaging digital and print media campaigns for a range of audiences to promote programmes/services (ie Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Study Programme courses, courses for the unemployed and commercial courses). To provide an additional internal marketing service to support all teams in your communications and service delivery, via the production of marketing materials and a reprographics service.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Organise and create a range of marketing assets, collateral and appropriate content for use across differing channels, including e-shots, animations, banners, presentations, merchandising, advertisements and literature (prospectuses, centre posters, booklets, learner certificates, flyers) etc.

Ensure all assets adhere to company branding guidelines, Equality & Diversity requirements and contain accurate information, via liaison with relevant departments/personnel.

Create design solutions that have a high visual impact.

Ensure all PR opportunities are fully exploited by actively sourcing, creating and distributing positive PR and success stories (case studies/positive news/learner and employer testimonials), including associated content, copywriting and photography.

Work closely with teams across all the centres to identify and maximise opportunities to promote programmes/services and enhance our clients profile.

Organise, deliver and attend a range of high quality internal and external events.

Undertake photography as required and develop a bank of high-quality images.

Ensure the website is maintained, enhanced and contains accurate and timely information.

Create engaging content for/client engagement via social media and further develop social media presence, exploiting all opportunities for promotion (eg via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).

Monitor, analyse and report on campaign effectiveness.

Attend events/exhibitions and research the latest trends to generate innovative and new ideas for marketing programmes/services.

Liaise with external suppliers and agencies with regards to print production and merchandising etc.
