Working pattern: 80% London based in the office

£170 PAYE plus holiday pay (£200)

Contract until March 2025

Assessment responsibilities:

  • Securing interviewer and candidate availability, and scheduling interviews onsite.
  • Planning and coordinating assessment days with multiple interviews taking place on each day.
  • Co-ordinating assessors, keeping to strict timings, collating feedback and scores.
  • Welcome candidates to our offices, conduct presentations and host Q&A sessions.
  • Preparing all assessor and candidate materials ahead of interviews.
  • Managing platform for candidate queries and support during assessment days.
  • Database management ensuring 100% accuracy of data capture and reporting.
  • Recording, managing inbox, and responding to candidate queries when adjustments are necessary.
  • Implementation of adjustments where needed as per candidate requests.
  • Rescheduling candidates and managing assessor schedules.

Recruitment responsibilities:

  • Sourcing applications for entry-level roles using channels relevant for graduate candidates.
  • Screening candidates by phone and conducting recruiter-led interviews to assess key skills.
  • Making job offers and issuing contracts.
  • Managing candidate communications and queries.
  • Supporting onboarding by engaging with offer holders and organising pre-joiner events.
  • Managing our online digital chat platform to provide recruitment advice and guidance.
  • Conducting focus groups to improve candidate experience.
  • Helping to organise and chair team meetings.
  • Attending recruitment and networking events.

Communication and Working Relationships

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responding to candidate queries quickly and professionally.
  • Working with overseas teams regarding scheduling and on-boarding.

Required Skills

  • Good level of Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Good understanding of the early talent recruitment market.
  • Understanding of factors which influence recruitment processes e.g. GDPR, adjustments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to be resourceful and think creatively.
  • Ability to pick up new information and technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work with changing demands.
