Part -Time Business / IT Support Officer

We have partnered with an established charity organisation in Birmingham.

Our client is looking for a talented Business / IT Support Officer to join their busy team. The successful candidate will perform tests and evaluations on new software and hardware as and when needed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Business / IT Support Officer Role:

Act as appointed Fire Marshalls and First Aiders undertaking regular training as required.

Liaise with landlord on building and service-related issues falling within their responsibility including liaising with landlord appointed contractors.

Regularly review and update the facilities management handbook.

Co-ordinate the work of appointed contractors and service providers checking that agreed maintenance and other work tasks are completed satisfactorily and that any deficiencies are followed up.

Key information about the Business / IT Support Officer Role:
