Dunbar Education is looking for a dedicated KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools on a full-time basis, starting immediately after October half term.
Role Overview:
- Position: KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant
- Start Date: After October Half Term
- Contract Type: Full-Time
- Telford
- Working Hours: 8:30-3:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to KS2 pupils with SEN
- Assist in the delivery of tailored learning activities, in collaboration with the class teacher
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Help with classroom management and behavioural support
- Work closely with SENCO and other professionals to ensure the best care and education for each child
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEN (preferred)
- A patient, compassionate, and understanding approach
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Enthusiasm and a commitment to supporting children's learning
- Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
