An acclaimed performance marketing agency with a global reach is on the lookout for a talented Paid Media Consultant. While our head office is based in Milton Keynes, our dynamic team spans across the UK.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Paid Media Consultant with a proven track record in boosting brand growth through revenue-focused paid search and social media strategies. You'll join a renowned agency and ambitious paid media team, dedicated to scaling our business and enhancing our market presence with a commercial-led approach.

My client partner with growth-oriented brands aiming to scale. You will be responsible for delivering paid media strategies and campaigns for clients across e-Commerce, B2B, tech, SaaS, and professional services. You'll collaborate with the Paid Media Lead and Head of Performance to innovate and evolve our offerings, from creative development to leveraging machine learning technologies.

This role requires proximity to our Milton Keynes office, with an expectation to be on-site four days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients to deeply understand their business goals and products, developing paid media solutions that drive growth.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Utilize and understand the customer journey to effectively place multi-channel paid media campaigns in line with brand growth strategies.
  • Technical Setup: Handle the setup of paid search and social campaigns, including conversion tracking, landing page creation, asset design, and copywriting.
  • Data Strategies: Develop first-party data strategies to enhance machine learning, improve campaign efficiency, and navigate cookie policy challenges.
  • Data Visibility: Enhance data visibility through effective tagging, data studio setups, and CRM reporting.
  • Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
  • Commercial Management: Manage client campaign budgets confidently.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a paid search-focused role
  • Passion for Results: Driven to achieve exceptional outcomes for clients, supported by success metrics and KPIs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the wider team.
  • Platform Proficiency: Experienced with core ad platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics platforms (preferably Google Analytics GA4) and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Pinterest Ads, Reddit Ads, or Amazon Ads.
  • Success with programmatic campaigns.
  • Expertise in using Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking.
