Our client is a leading global investment firm that stands at the forefront of innovation and technology. They are looking for an experienced Receptionist to be the main point of contact at their busy front of house.

Located in the heart of London, they offer a dynamic and modern workplace environment. This is an exiting opportunity to working alongside an impressive, close-knit team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front of house, delivering exceptional service to visitors and staff.
  • Efficiently manage all reception duties with diligence and a welcoming demeanour.
  • Coordinate closely with the Office Manager and collaborate effectively within a small team.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the firm's operations and client services to enhance visitor experience.

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a reception or front-of-house role, ideally within tech or finance sectors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; must be highly personable and enjoy engaging with people.
  • Highly organised and forward-thinking.
  • An appreciation for innovative workplace cultures.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position requiring a 5-day work week in the office.
