Advanced Resource Managers LTD (A.R.M ltd) are looking for a meticulous administrator to obtain and maintain compliance information in line with current legislation.
This role involves implementing and communicating compliance processes to our internal teams and providing general support to the award-winning Serocor Group's brands.

What you'll be doing
Processing contract requests in a timely manner - in accordance with best practice and compliance protocols
Monitoring, following-up, checking and processing compliance and contractual documentation
Authorising placements for payment and invoicing
Amending and updating placement information
Resolving compliance queries quickly and efficiently
Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relations (internal & external)
Developing an excellent understanding of the company's database and functions
About you
You'll have exceptional attention to detail and be able to assimilate new information quickly, along with:
Previous admin experience working in a busy environment
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Flexible, self-motivated outlook
Experience working in a role with demanding clients
GCSE Maths & English or equivalent
Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
An understanding of the recruitment industry and its regulations
Ideally, you'll also have experience of:
Recruitment CRMs/databases
Previous compliance experience - in any industry but we are willing to train if you have an impeccable administrative background
