Due to business growth, our Godstone based client is looking to hire an experienced Administrator to support the Project Manager in the day to day running of this busy department working on behalf of one of their largest UK distributors.
The business has been established for over 30 years and are a creative in-house design and manufacturing specialist - they use inspired thinking and design to help their clients drive volume, value and innovation to their business. They have a state of the art production facility which operates 24 hours a day and provides a host of retail solutions for an extensive list of famous and well known national clients.
Job Title : Product Coordinator
Salary : £28,000 to £30,000
Location : South Godstone (due to the location you will ideally have your own transport)
Hours : 8.30 am - 5pm / 9am - 5.30pm
Benefits : Onsite parking, pension, 20 days holiday + bank holiday increasing after 2 years of service

Daily responsibilities will include:
- Work with the Project Manager to process orders and raise the necessary paperwork
- Arrange transport and specific logistics to provide support for key projects
- Track orders with suppliers and highlight any potential delays
- Maintain records of specific job costs and organise relevant customer charges to be invoiced
- Keep accurate records of client information and schedules as needed, for example a list of new store openings with key dates to conduct installations
- Send key information to clients as required, for example photographs of installations
- Respond to customer queries
- Deal with warranty issues as required
- Work with all internal teams to help further develop good processes and controls where applicable
- Attending internal meetings
Key skills & attributes required:
- Excellent IT skills - a good working knowledge of MS Excel is required
- Previous administration experience
- Good teamworking skills
- Desire to grow existing experience with an energetic and motivated set of teams
