We're currently recruiting for an international company specializing in car park management services. As part of their growth strategy, they are expanding into the German market and seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join the team in the UK.
Position Details:
- Role: German-Speaking Sales Development Representative
- Location: Mill Hill Broadway NW7 (Northern Line, a few minutes' walk from the station)
- Type: Temporary, with possibility to go permanent
- Work Model: On-site, with some hybrid opportunities available
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience, with junior candidates starting at £28K and senior candidates (5+ years of direct sales experience) earning £35-40K
- Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities - As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the business expansion into the German market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business through a mix of supplied leads and self-sourced leads
- Engaging in telesales, phone calls, and outbound cold calling
- Setting appointments and closing deals
- Speaking with owners, managers, and facility managers of medium-sized businesses with car parks (hospitality, health, gyms, warehouses, grocery stores, food establishments)
Profile - We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:
- Language Skills: Fluent in German (Turkish is a plus)
- Experience: 6 months to 5 years of experience in direct telesales, making appointments, cold calling, and qualifying decision-makers
- Attributes: Strong personality, positive attitude, desire to succeed, and drive to achieve targets
