One of our valued not for profit clients is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join their festive pop-up store in Covent Garden this holiday season! This is your chance to be part of something truly special-bringing joy to shoppers whilst supporting an incredible cause.

Positions Available:
- 2 x Full-time (35 hours per week)
- 1 x Part-time (25 hours per week)
Store Hours:
- Monday to Wednesday: 10am - 7pm
- Thursday to Saturday: 10am - 8pm
- Sunday: 12pm - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service, engaging with the public and promoting
- Maintain shop floor standards, replenish stock, and merchandise products
- Handle cashing up, banking, and ensure health and safety compliance
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing the shop and serving as a point of contact during shifts
Requirements:
- Basic DBS check required
- Available to work throughout the four-week period from 11th November to 12th December
- Professional, personable attitude with strong customer service skills
- Experience in sales, promotions, or similar roles
- Confidence using IT/technology in a retail setting
- A team player with initiative, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for supporting a charitable mission and inspiring others to engage
