One of our valued not for profit clients is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join their festive pop-up store in Covent Garden this holiday season! This is your chance to be part of something truly special-bringing joy to shoppers whilst supporting an incredible cause.

Positions Available:

  • 2 x Full-time (35 hours per week)
  • 1 x Part-time (25 hours per week)

Store Hours:

  • Monday to Wednesday: 10am - 7pm
  • Thursday to Saturday: 10am - 8pm
  • Sunday: 12pm - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service, engaging with the public and promoting
  • Maintain shop floor standards, replenish stock, and merchandise products
  • Handle cashing up, banking, and ensure health and safety compliance
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing the shop and serving as a point of contact during shifts

Requirements:

  • Basic DBS check required
  • Available to work throughout the four-week period from 11th November to 12th December
  • Professional, personable attitude with strong customer service skills
  • Experience in sales, promotions, or similar roles
  • Confidence using IT/technology in a retail setting
  • A team player with initiative, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for supporting a charitable mission and inspiring others to engage
