My Client are an independent Letting Agency based in North Leeds, specialising in residential property lettings. As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll manage the lettings process from start to finish, ensuring tenant and landlord satisfaction. Your role involves property marketing, tenancy progression, landlord communication, negotiation, preparation of AST's and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Marketing:
- Advertise properties on company CRM system
- Tenant Management:

Respond promptly to enquiries and conduct property viewings.

Guide tenants through the application process and complete reference checks.
- Landlord Relations:
- Provide regular consultative updates on property listings and market trends.
- Negotiation and Contracts:

Negotiate rental terms and prepare tenancy agreements.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of property listings and agreements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in lettings or property is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and property management software.
