- This role is a chance to elevate the finance department and partner with the Senior Leadership Team.
Your Mission:
- Lead the charge in establishing a premier finance operation that propels business growth.
- Uphold a solid financial governance framework, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Initiate and manage finance projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and automation.
- Supervise technological advancements, focusing on Finance System improvements.
- Evaluate financial metrics and KPIs to drive performance enhancements.
- Develop financial plans that support the company's growth strategy.
- Tax, Treasury & Transfer Pricing
- Conduct financial due diligence for key acquisitions.
- Guide a top-tier finance team towards a culture of excellence.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds ACA/ACCA credentials or equivalent, having trained within a top 10 practice
- Has experience leading finance at the board level as a CFO or senior finance executive.
- Thrives in dynamic, high-growth settings.
- Boasts substantial technical accounting knowledge.
- Has a history of driving transformation and process enhancements.
- Possesses exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
