The Role
- Develop and implement new features for browser and mobile applications with a focus on responsive design.
- Write and maintain clean, efficient code in JavaScript (ES6), Typescript (3+), CSS3, and HTML5.
- Enhance the UI framework with reusable, scalable code.
- Optimise applications for maximum speed, scalability, and optimal user experience.
- Utile and integrate existing technologies across a variety of projects, while staying open to adopting new innovations.
- Advocate for best practices in front-end development and contribute to the design of high-quality solutions.
Skills required
The team is made up of other Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, UX/UI and Testing professionals. You'll work collaboratively to:
- Advanced proficiency in Typescript, Javascript and frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js
- Strong grasp of web design principles using HTML5 and CSS3/4.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and a solid approach to testing (unit, end-to-end, integration).
- Desirable skills include familiarity with VueJS 2, JSX/TSX, SASS/SCSS.
- Knowledge of modern technologies like React (Hooks), Playwright, Jest, LitJS, and Storybook is advantageous.
