Duties & Responsibilities:
- To assist or depending on experience manage a portfolio of Clients
- Innovative thinking when considering cases
- Effective time management and organisational skills with the ability to achieve deadlines
- Excellent client care skills with the ability to handle a range of clients
- A willingness to support others as and when required and be an efficient team player
- Be able to work well under pressure, be proactive and handle a varied workload
Key Skills:
- Ability to organise and prioritise work in situations that can include time pressure, interruptions and other causes of stress
- Computer literacy and keyboard skills
- Good communication, both written and oral
