Our client a leading medical training and consultancy company is currently seeking an account manager to join their team. The Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day account management of Consultancy clients to ensure that services are delivered to a standard set out in contracts and that provision meets and exceeds contractual standards. Regular account reviews to evaluate service provision and explore further service provision to meet a client's needs and maximize contract benefit and value.
Reporting to: Clinical Operations Manager
Essential Job Functions
The job holder will undertake some or all (but not restricted to) of the following responsibilities:
- Oversee smooth delivery of contracted services to agreed service standards.
- Key point of contact for senior client stakeholders
- Attend meetings with clients to support the sales onboarding process.
- Attend monthly account review meetings with clients to evaluate and scale service.
- Management of client retention, renewal, and growth
- Feedback to the Consultancy team to shape provision to meet client needs.
- Attendance of weekly management meeting
- Review current processes, recommend and oversee improvements.
- Escalate risks and issues to the line manager as required.
- Providing on-call Duty Ops cover on a rota basis.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Client facing customer service experience
- Experience of customer account management
- People management experience - desirable
- Computer literate & experienced in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good numeracy skills.
