My client a leading agency is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be target driven, and have a passion for driving business growth through telephone-based sales strategies.

Managing a select number of accounts for global clients your task is to meet targets by appointment setting with potential consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Process Management:
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive and informative sales techniques.

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor effective sales pitches.

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.

  • Follow up on leads and conduct regular check-ins to nurture customer relationships.

  1. Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

  • Track sales progress and report on sales activities, performance, and market feedback.

  1. Data Management and Reporting:
  • Accurately update and maintain customer databases and sales records.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Sales Executive role with at least 2 years' experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
