The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be target driven, and have a passion for driving business growth through telephone-based sales strategies.
Managing a select number of accounts for global clients your task is to meet targets by appointment setting with potential consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Management:

Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive and informative sales techniques.

Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor effective sales pitches.
- Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.

Follow up on leads and conduct regular check-ins to nurture customer relationships.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Track sales progress and report on sales activities, performance, and market feedback.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Accurately update and maintain customer databases and sales records.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Sales Executive role with at least 2 years' experience.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
