A luxury fashion brand is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join them on a temp to perm basis. They are based in Fulham and salary is up to £28,00 per annum. They are really nice, friendly team, working in stylish open plan offices. They have a great culture and offer hybrid working (Tuesday-Thursday in office).
This is a great role for someone looking for their first role out of university or looking to move into fashion.
Who you are:
- Previous experience in a customer service/customer facing role, ideally within retail
- Able to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Adaptable and organised
- Problem solver
- Ability to handle challenges in a professional manner
- Interest in fashion is ideal
What you'll do:
- Act as the main point of contact for external enquiries
- Liaise with internal departments
- Proactively working to identify issues ahead of time
- Identify process improvements whilst managing customer expectations
- Support warehouse team
